  Worst bank. They always have long lines, inside or drive thru. I've gone a couple of times where they were *closed* in the middle of the day! The last time, I stood in line for 10 minutes with 5 people in line inside, a line at the drive thru, one teller open and 2 employees doing *nothing* before I walked out. Worth the drive over to the Cantrell Rd branch. Do not recommend this location!

  I don't know what all the bad reviews are talking about. I've had nothing but good experience at this bank. Yeah, sometimes their return item chargeback fees are too high and there was that one time there was a bad mixup with my account, but they were very helpful and understanding of the situation and were obviously doing everything in their power to rectify it all. Everytime I go in there, they're all friendly to the point of treating us as a fellow neighbor. We're all even on a first name basis!
