- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Stupid! They do not inform their customers about mandatory mail order prescriptions and they give you no choice. They didn't inform me and I went into pick up my prescriptions from the pharmacy and my pharmacy informed me that my insurance wouldn't allow it to be picked up in store and that I wouldn't have my prescriptions... The insurance company is forcing me to mail order them and they gave me no notice and I was "notified" by my pharmacy!
